組織學習能力及創新能力與吸收能力對經營績效之影響研究-以台灣高科技產業為例

摘要


隨著「知識經濟」時代的來臨,知識、專業的技能以及創新能力,在知識經濟時代中特別重要。要有好的競爭力,組織必須清楚掌握知識與創新的能力。知識經濟發展的另一重點,即組織學習能力。當今企業期望經由組織學習與創新能力的發展來加強或改善組織的經營績效。 本研究共發出385份問卷,回收87份,有效問卷80份。把所回收的有效問卷進行樣本描述,利用SPSS12.0套裝軟體進行樣本分析,採用信度、因素、描述性統計、迴歸四種資料分析方法。 而由本研究的驗證,得知發現組織應要有良好的學習意圖,並且善加整合從外部所吸取的知識,以確實的運用到組織之中,對組織形成幫助。另外在組織具備良好的組織學習能力之後,進而對組織做出創新的貢獻以及良好運用組織所吸收的資訊,進而對組織整體之營運經營績效形成正面良好的影響。

Knowledge, professional skills and innovative capacity are important in the knowledge economy. In order to have a competitive edge, the organization needs a clear grasp of knowledge and innovation capacity. Another focus in the knowledge-based economy is the organizational learning capacity. Furthermore, an organization improves its performance through organizational learning and innovation. In this study we sent out a total of 385 questionnaires. Eighty-seven questionnaires were recovered with 80 valid questionnaires. We used the SPSS12.0 software package to conduct sample analysis which includes reliability, factors, descriptive statistics, and regression analysis. This study proves that an organization needs to have a good learning capacity, and integrates the external knowledge to improve the organization. Good organizational learning capabilities can contribute to innovation in organizations as well as allow absorption of external knowledge to improve the organization’s performance.
