現今旅館業藉由資訊科技的發展,不斷提供更多服務群眾的機會,藉此滿足各式各樣人們的需求。然而過剩的豐富必須注意造成混淆需求的真實性,我們所能享有的豐富多元性並不應該牴觸最初帶給人們方便的目的。有鑑於目前各旅館在資訊整合上所提供的數位服務系統呈現方式不一,加上服務項目與資訊分類日漸繁多,造成使用者在操作使用上反而容易產生複雜困擾。本研究經由分析目前大型規模旅館業主要之數位服務系統優缺點特性後,提出不同於以往系統平台的互動形式,即運用對應式遙控器功能操作介面結合電視螢幕資訊服務選單介面的創新概念。同時在遵循使用者為依歸的設計原則下,藉由完善的人機互動介面規劃,設計出另一有助於引導使用者瀏覽之旅館數位服務系統介面平台:V&I 數位服務系統。並透過其更具彈性化之互動形式呈現,提升旅客在整體使用上之學習性、輔助性、便利性以及愉悅感。除此之外,本研究在針對此對應式遙控器之旅館數位服務系統介面平台,進行模擬與驗證後,在實驗測試結果的分析數據方面,皆顯示獲得正面的評價反應。因此,本研究除了具體提供另一嶄新旅館數位服務系統介面平台互動方式與多媒體創新整合之有效性外,亦可作為日後學界與實務業在規劃人機互動介面與多媒體設計創意整合上相關開發與研究之參考依據。
Nowadays the tourist hotels provide many opportunities to serve the public and satisfy people’s requirement because of the development of information technology. However, the multiple services should not collide with the initial purpose of serving people convenience. Because the presentation of digital service system that each hotel offer to integrate information is different, moreover, the service lists and information categories are getting more and more, sometimes this would cause complication and trouble for users. The research analyzes the advantage and shortage of digital service system, and proposes an interactive platform which is different from other systems. The system applies a creative concept which combines the operation interface of remote control with the navigation interface of television screen. Through the design of complete human-machine interactive interface, the research aims to create a digital service system which guides users to browse, and help tourists to improve the learning, assistance, convenience, and sense of joy via its presentation of interaction. After the simulation and verification of the remote control, it reveals positive feedback in the experiment conclusion. The study provides not only a brand new digital service system and creative multimedia integration, but the reference for related development and research in the field of academy and industry.
