台南科學園區輸電線路故障與電壓驟降分析

摘要


本論文首先介紹南科超高壓變電所及週邊輸電線路,接著利用ASPEN模擬部分線路故障模擬,與台電監測數據比對,分析輸電線路遭雷擊時可能引發之故障類型。最後依不同故障類型,分別模擬三相對稱故障、單相對地故障及線間故障對南科園區電壓驟降影響,模擬中主要探討故障位置與南科園區殘餘電壓的關係,界定出造成70%及80%殘餘電壓之故障區域,可供園區電力品質參考依據。

“Nan-Kr” extra-high voltage substation and nearby transmission lines are studied in this thesis. The ASPEN software is adopted to simulate the influences of voltage caused by transmission line outage. The simulation results are compared with the data monitored by Taipower. The possible types of transmission line outages caused by the lightning are analyzed. Simulations of three types of faults including three-phase short circuit, single line to ground and phase-to-phase fault are performed. The simulations focus on the influences of residual voltage of Tainan Science-Based Industrial Park when the faults occur. The contour of fault positions which lead to 70% and 80% residual voltage is depicted.
