充滿液體之矩型環內具有旋轉固體內環之熱傳分析

摘要


本論文設計和分析ㄧ組環型散熱系統,內具有一磁環,環型散熱系統外可設計旋轉磁場帶動磁環旋轉,讓磁環在封閉的流場內旋轉帶動流體故不會有液體滲漏,而且有利於熱傳。ㄧ般驅動方式會有液體洩漏的問題以及考慮到線路設計等等,此設計由於無接觸,是以磁場驅動讓馬達轉動,所以在設計上是ㄧ創新的設計。針對環型熱交換器做了流場分析、熱交換分析,進而得到最佳化參數設計,利用STAR-CD 3D流場分析軟體來分析流動情形與其熱交換影響,並在幾項重要影響參數上作改變,試著尋求其最佳化參數設計。

In this thesis, a heat system of rectangular ring is design and analyzed. It contains a rotating magnetic inner ring and fluid. Some rotating magnetic field can derive the magnetic ring to rotate. Due to non-contact design, there is no leakage problem of the conventional design. Moreover, it is helpful for disturbing the fluid and heat transferring. This is an innovative design. The flow field and heat transfer of this system are analyzed by using the commercial software, STAR-CD. The effects of several parameters on the heat transfer are investigated. The optimum parameters for heat transfer are found.
