隨著社會的進步和多元化,有愈來愈多的的教育功能或服務,必須仰賴軍訓教官;而國家教育組織雖然正多元的蓬勃的發展,軍訓教官對於經營管理領導經驗及組織運作及領導風格實務的技巧,卻常有不知如何下手或何處著力之感,而對工作滿意評價不一,故相關管理理論或實務經驗需求也相對的增加,本研究目的為: 1.研究台南縣公私立高中職軍訓教官特質,有別於一般學校教職員的特質,對其服務學校組織文化及領導風格的認知為何?是否與其工作滿足有關聯? 2.提供研究結果可供學校領導者參考,如何的帶領學校軍訓教官,讓其認同服務學校,工作能夠滿意,進而貢獻學校及教育界並提供各縣市的軍訓教官組織做為管理模式之參考。 而軍事組織的管理是靠使命的凝聚力來引導,這些和教育組織本質及領導上的差異性,將會直接影響成員對組織的認同程度及對組織目標的達成度及工作滿意上的影響,以台南縣公私立高中職軍訓教官為對象,根據問卷調查,採取研究方法有描述性分析、信度檢定、相關分析、迴歸分析、t檢定、ANOVA分析。分析所得之結果為:1.軍訓教官特質在工作滿足上有顯著關聯2.不同組織文化與工作滿足有顯著相關3.不同領導風格與工作滿足有顯著相關4.軍訓教官特質、不同組織文化、不同領導風格與工作滿足具有顯著相關聯。
With the advancement and multiplicity in culture , more and more education function and service depend on military instructors. Military instructors are faced with difficulty in management experience , organization process and leadership skill and thus evaluate differently towards job satisfaction though education flourishes with multiplicity. Thus , the need for associated management theory or practical experience increases.This research focuses on : 1.What is the recognition of military instructors of public/private high schools in Tainan county towards the organization culture and leadership style in shool in contrast to common teachers?Is it related to job satisfaction? 2.The research provides reference for shool leaders as how to lead military instructors to identify themselves with shool and be satisfied with job.In turn ,they can devote themselves to shool and offer reference for management in military instructors organization in each county. The management of multiplicity organization lies in the goal to mission. The discrepency between education essence and leadership style directly influences military instructors in identification with organization. achievement of goal and satisfaction with job.Take the military instructors of public/private high schools in Tainan county as example. The survey consists of descriptive analysis ,reliability test ,correlated analysis, regression analysis, T-test analysis , and ANOVA analysis. The analysis results are as follows. First , the characteristics of military instructors are associated with job satisfaction. Second , different organization culture and job satisfaction are closely related. Third , different leadership style and job satisfaction are inter-connected. Fourth , the characteristics of military instructors , different organization culture and different leadership style are related to job satisfaction.
