企業二代接班之路:一個動態能力觀點下的個案研究

企業如何創造及維持著具有競爭的優勢，一直以來都是是各個產業界關注的重要議題。在一些實際上的證實與研究顯示企業如果在環境變動快速的環境之中，經常會發生無法適應突然的變化。因此，本研究源自於動態能力的觀點，來探討企業在環境變動快速之環境下，應該要如何才能不斷的更新自我的優勢來適應環境的快速變動。此個案的研究方法我們採用『單一個案』來進行較深度的探究，選則上豐蛋品為主要探討對象，觀察其中如何由蛋品產業至液蛋領域，並且進一步定位於蛋品加工廠的發展經歷過程。二代接班將敘述是如何發現到環境的改變，並且調整企業的組織與結構並且加以實施在企業上，並且依賴過往路徑上所學習到的技術與人才，來追求企業持續的成長與優勢。
