企業二代接班之路:一個動態能力觀點下的個案研究

摘要


企業如何創造及維持著具有競爭的優勢,一直以來都是是各個產業界關注的重要議題。在一些實際上的證實與研究顯示企業如果在環境變動快速的環境之中,經常會發生無法適應突然的變化。因此,本研究源自於動態能力的觀點,來探討企業在環境變動快速之環境下,應該要如何才能不斷的更新自我的優勢來適應環境的快速變動。此個案的研究方法我們採用『單一個案』來進行較深度的探究,選則上豐蛋品為主要探討對象,觀察其中如何由蛋品產業至液蛋領域,並且進一步定位於蛋品加工廠的發展經歷過程。二代接班將敘述是如何發現到環境的改變,並且調整企業的組織與結構並且加以實施在企業上,並且依賴過往路徑上所學習到的技術與人才,來追求企業持續的成長與優勢。

How companies create and maintain competitive advantages has always been an important issue of concern to various industries. In some practical confirmations and studies, it has been shown that companies often fail to adapt to sudden changes if they are in a rapidly changing environment. Therefore, this research is derived from the perspective of dynamic capabilities to explore how companies can constantly update their own strengths to adapt to rapid changes in the environment in a rapidly changing environment. The research method of this case is to use a "single case" to conduct a deeper inquiry. The selection of the egg is the main object of discussion, and observe how it is from the egg industry to the liquid egg field, and further locate the development process of the egg processing factory. . The second generation succession will describe how to identify changes in the environment, and adjust the organization and structure of the enterprise and implement it in the enterprise, and rely on the technology and talents learned in the past path to pursue the continuous growth and advantages of the enterprise.
