本文針對魯式泵浦進行流場分析探討,研究分析主要分為兩大方向,第一大方向是針對魯式轉子進行參數化分析,經過計算讓泵浦腔體的內部容積固定,接著改變間隙值、出口口徑、魯式轉子外型與轉速四種參數,再利用SolidWorks根據參數建構出流場分析模型,最後再將流場模型匯入至Pumplinx動態網格分析軟體進行流場分析與探討。 而第二大方向是利用前一次分析過後所得到的結果再進一步延伸,將魯式泵浦串連進行多級化設計,並且改變不同的齒型進行串接再經由Pumplinx軟體作分析與探討,最後透過本文對於流場分析研究所得到之趨勢,以期有助於提供學術界與產業界作為參考。
In this paper, Roots pump for Fluid analysis and discussion, analysis is divided into two major, the first is the general direction of the Roots rotor parameters for analysis, calculated so that the internal volume of pump chamber fixed, then change the gap value, outlet caliber, Roots rotor shape and speed of four parameters, using SolidWorks to establish Fluid analysis model, finally then import flow model into Pumplinx for analysis and discussion. The second direction is to use the results of previous analysis of another extension, Roots pump connecting the multi-level design, and change the multi-tooth analysis of the software by Pumplinx, finally the Fluid analysis of the results obtained, hope to help academic and industry.
