傳統的光學儲存技術中是利用雷射光以物鏡聚焦在光碟片表面上,但是其所能儲存的容量有限,儲存的容量完全取決於光碟的有效儲存面積大小。利用彩色儲存資訊之技術來增加儲存容量乃是一新穎之概念,它是以色彩作為儲存資訊載具,在光譜儀讀取色彩後推導出原先色彩的設定值以達到讀取資訊的目的。本研究是利用彩色噴墨頭作為色彩寫製工具,並以穿透式光路搭配複合式透鏡產生一穿透光譜,再以光纖光譜儀作為讀取分析色彩工具以進行資料解碼。以目前3.6μm製程能力與兩色墨水實做驗證約可儲存8GB,在噴墨滴與聚光光斑達到2.40μm範圍與兩色墨水時,每片光碟即可儲存資料達18.5GB。
Traditional optical storage technology is to use laser light to focus on the objective lens surface on the disc, but the storage capacity beyond its limited storage capacity depends entirely on the effective storage disc size. Use of color information storage technology to increase the storage capacity of which is a novel concept, it is stored information as a vehicle color, color in the spectrometer, after reading the original color is derived settings to achieve the purpose of reading information. In this study, the first color inkjet color writing system as a tool, and transmission with optical lens to produce a hybrid transmission spectrum, then read the analysis of optical spectroscopy as a tool for information on color decoding. Present 3.6μm process capability and two color ink do real validation about stored 8GB, dripping with condensation in the jet to 2.40μm range and two spot-color ink, each discs can store data up to 18.5GB.
