在資訊快速傳遞的知識創新時代,強調個人權益及自主意識,同時教育改革浪潮相繼對台灣的教育帶來衝擊,教師的角色定位及對學校的組織承諾因而產生了微妙的質變,此一改變提高公立學校校長領導的困難度,同時亦考驗校長的領導專業能力。本研究以問卷方式,針對雲林縣公立國民小學,從六個教學視導區隨機取樣,調查雲林縣教師所知覺之校長領導型態及其組織承諾現況。 主要研究結果顯示雲林縣國小校長兼採轉型領導及互易領導,其程度皆在中高程度以上,且教師組織承諾現況良好,此外研究中亦發現教師之年齡及服務年資對於教師知覺之校長領導型態及組織承諾影響最鉅;性別、兼任行政職務、學校規模則有部份影響。根據數據統計結果,校長領導型態與教師組織承諾具有顯著之相關性,其相關性又以轉型領導高於互易領導。 本研究依據調查分析結果,對教育行政機關、國小校長、未來繼續與本研究相關之研究方法,分別提出具建設性之建議,希望對於面對社會環境急遽變化的教育發展,能貢獻一分心力,藉由人才培育的提升,厚植國家競爭力。
In knowledge innovation era with rapid information communication, personal rights and consciousness of autonomy are emphasized. The trend of educational reform has an impact on education in Taiwan. Teachers’ role positioning and organizational commitment to schools thus relatively change, thus increasing the difficulty of principals’ leadership in public schools and challenging principals’ professional leadership. This study conducted a questionnaire survey on public elementary schools in Yunlin County by random sampling on six instructional supervision areas, in order to investigate Yunlin County teachers’ perception of principals’ leadership and organizational commitment. The results showed that in elementary schools of Yunlin County, principals’ adoption of both transforming leadership and transactional leadership is medium and high, indicating the effect of teachers’ basic information on teachers’ perceived principals’ leadership and organizational commitment. Statistical analyses were conducted to explore the correlation between principals’ leadership and dimensions of teachers’ organizational commitment. Based on the analytical results, this study proposed constructive suggestions for educational authorities, elementary school principals, future directions and research methods related to this study. The findings can contribute to educational development in changeable social environment and enhance national competitiveness by upgrading of talent cultivation.
