超音波輔助拋光研磨機構之研究

摘要


超音波輔助研磨是一種快速又有效率的研磨方法,其特性為研磨時間較短、較節省能源及研磨效率較高,但一般市面上所販售的超音波研磨機屬於輕研磨,研磨時間長,研磨效率不佳。 本論文設計製造研磨用之超音波焊頭,焊頭設計使用ANSYS進行模態分析,以田口法之望目特性尋找最佳參數之目標值,並於超音波機台上組裝拋光研磨機,以15KHz頻率的超音波焊頭來實驗一般研磨與超音波研磨之效果來研究試片拋光品質,並量測表面粗糙度、材料移除率與觀察試片來探討聲波焊頭的前端輸出振幅與拋光研磨之關係以求得最佳研磨效率與提升研磨品質。 結果顯示,獲得超音波拋光有助於降低材料移除率、提升表面粗糙度效率、有效改善刀痕痕跡。

Ultrasonic assisted grinding is a fast and efficient method for polishing, grinding their characteristics are shorter than energy saving and high grinding efficiency, but generally selling in the market are light ultrasonic grinding machine grinding, polishing a long time , grinding efficiency is poor. This paper design and manufacture of ultrasonic welding head polishing, welding head design using ANSYS modal analysis to look mesh characteristics Taguchi method to find the best parameters of the target, and the ultrasound machine at the assembly stage polishing and grinding machines, in effect 15KHz frequency ultrasonic welding head general grinding and ultrasonic grinding experiments to study the specimen polishing quality, and measure the surface roughness, material removal rate and the observed specimen to study the output amplitude of the sound wave front and the welding head relations in order to achieve optimal polishing and grinding of abrasive grinding efficiency and enhance quality. The results showed that ultrasonic polishing helps reduce material removal rate, improve the efficiency of the surface roughness, effectively improve the marks marks.
