隨著科技不斷創新與演化、生活水準不斷的提升、環保意識也逐漸地覺醒,促使廠商在創新的同時更加重視綠色科技的發展與運用。以TFT-LCD面板為例,消耗電源最多的部份就是背光模組,因此,面板廠商在回應環保意識的潮流下,積極尋求新的面板背光源技術;而兼具節能、輕薄化、以及符合歐盟RoHS指令對於無汞含量要求的規範的發光二極體(LED)技術,漸漸地取代既有的冷陰極螢光燈管(CCFL),而成為未來主流的趨勢。 雖然如此,不同TFT-LCD的產品其採用LED背光源的比率卻有很大的差異。因此,本研究藉由模糊層級分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process,FAHP)針對影響TFT-LCD產品採用LED背光源替代CCFL背光源之因素進行探討,以瞭解不同TFT-LCD產品之間採用新技術的考慮重點,作為產業界抉擇新替代技術與現有技術的參考依據。 本研究結果發現,在市場、成本、供應、技術四項主要的評估層面,以市場層面的影響因素最高,而在各項細部的評估指標方面,則以獲利空間與效益、產業競爭對手率先採用LED背光源的壓力以及下游應用端廠商採用LED背光源的意願為前三大主要影響因素。綜合本研究的結果與分析方法,可供業者對於導入新替代技術時的參考依據。
The development and applying of green technology on product innovation are gradually emphasized by companies. For example, the energy-consuming CCFL backlight module of TFT-LCD panel has been gradually replaced by LED technology to meet the European Union’s RoHS directive on mercury-free production. It is also an energy-saving, light weight technology that becoming the mainstream technology. However, there exists different degree of adoption of LED backlight module on various products with TFT-LCD panel. This research is to examine the factors that affect the adoption of LED backlight module by using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP). It aims to understand the key concerns in new technology adoption in the context of technology substitution. The research finding shows that ‘market’ is the most critical factor among market, cost, production and technology. Down to the detailed indicators for evaluation, profit margin and benefits, competitor’s early adoption, buyer’s preferences are the three factors that affect the intent and willingness of adoption most.
