精密CNC鎢鋼帶鋸床之電腦輔助設計與分析

摘要


工具機習稱「工作母機」,是工業生產必須的基礎設備。近幾年工具機講求輕量化,但是要在輕量化跟結構強度間取得平衡,本論文主要以CNC帶鋸鋸床作為傳動機構的分析對象,將討論CNC帶鋸鋸床加工時的傳動機構與承載主結構的振動變形對機台的影響,使用ANSYS 有限元素分析軟體去設定機台的有限元素模型並分析,以及使用大型敲擊錘跟模態分析軟體ME^,scopeVES,求出其共振頻率、模態振型等,使工具機能在仿真的情況下模擬機台運作時所產生慣性振動對機台的影響,本文將對於其結構與模態振型從事模擬分析並比較實驗值與分析值的差異。

The main research objective of this thesis is to find out CNC machine tools Free and Forced Vibration. Using ANSYS finite element analysis software to set the machine finite element model, By using of modal analysis software ME’ scopeVES, we can got its resonant frequency, mode shapes, so that the tool functions in the case of inertia simulation machine vibration generated during operation of the dynamic simulation machine influence, this paper will affect the structure and dynamics of mode shapes, engaged in simulation and analysis differences between the experimental values and the analysis values.
