摘要


網際網路的興起帶動了資訊科技的大幅運用。資訊的產生、溝通管道及溝通模式也隨著日新月異的科技變得更加多元化,許多生活中的知識傳播也不斷地透過各式各樣的網路媒介進行傳遞與交流,從這些新興的溝通管道中,人們可以經由分享以得到更多實體管道無法獲得或滿足的資訊,甚至可以從中獲得資訊以外的附加價值。本研究主要探討影響虛擬社群知識分享能力之關鍵因素,經由質化研究的方式,本研究對虛擬社群使用者進行深度訪談,並進一步以語幹分析法發現影響虛擬社群知識分享能力之主要關鍵因素,此外亦發現不同屬性之虛擬社群其影響該社群知識分享能力之關鍵因素有所差異。本研究所得之成果可提供社群成員選擇所需虛擬社群或虛擬社群管理者提升網站黏著度之參考。

Virtual community has been identified as one of the most sources for people to share knowledge and information with external networks. The goal of this study is to explore the key factors which facilitate the knowledge sharing capability of virtual community. A qualitative inquiry with a thematic analysis is presented in order to identify how different key factors facilitate the knowledge sharing capability of virtual community. The results show that different key factors facilitate different types of virtual communities.
