具CAN-Bus通訊功能盲點警示系統之研究

摘要


本文針對現在汽車的主動安全配備,汽車盲點警示系統進行深入研究。目前汽車盲點警示系統的主動安全配備的種類繁多,大多集中於預防視線看不到的死角碰撞,包括倒車雷達系統、可變視角之後視鏡、倒車攝影系統、視覺盲點資訊系統等;各大車廠也一直對汽車之主動安全配備進行創新研發,以降低交通事故的發生率。 本研究利用目前技術已相當成熟、價格較低廉的「超音波雷達」作為感測器,並配合車用通訊控制網路相關協定,發展具有區域控制網路功能之汽車防撞盲點警示系統。本系統藉由超音波的測距原理,來偵測駕駛視線死角及看不到的障礙物,以偵測汽車左右後方來車速度,提供駕駛人行車時視線死角資訊,並且在汽車靜止時,主動偵測後方來車,以防止車門打開時造成後方來車的碰撞;並藉由車用通訊網路,將相關資訊傳至安全系統電子控制單元,以提供必要安全維護。

A blind spot information system is proposed to be used in automotive safety facilities. The well developed blind spot information systems are concentrated on preventing the collision of dead point, includes blind spot alarm system, backward vision system, variable angle of rear view mirror system, backward radar system, etc. In order to decrease traffic accident, the automotive manufacturers are continuously focusing on innovation and development of the active security equipments. This paper presents the system is adopted a cheap and mature supersonic wave radar sensor to detect the blind signals, considered with the protocol of the controller area network (CAN), and the CAN bus based blind spot information system are developed. The system could detect the invisible obstacle, rear incoming vehicle speed, out of sight object information, and information of passengers or cars to prevent the collision while opening the door in parking stage. These massages are also translated in accordance with SAE J1939 or the customer’s CAN application layer protocols, and finally convey them to the CAN bus for ECU in security system, to provide the safeguard in vehicle.
