近年來,已有許多使用數位學習作為支持傳統學習的方法,是當代教育的一大趨勢。然而,數位學習被限制在設備上的限制和學習活動的設計,導致降低學習活動的靈活性和機動性。如何使學習活動變得更具有靈活性且不受設備的任何限制,已成為學習活動設計上的重要議題。現在平板電腦是越來越受歡迎,功能也比智慧型手機強大,不管是螢幕呈現,設備操作和系統的性能,都適合應用在行動學習中。對於上述原因,本研究從數位學習延伸至行動學習,在學習活動中注重於平板電腦的使用。基於對平板電腦的特性,平板電腦似乎產生更多樣化和有趣的學習策略,提高學生的學習意願。本研究的目的為調查平板電腦在大學一年級程式設計課程的學生滿意度,並進一步探討學生學習成效上的差異。
In recent years, the use of e-learning, as a support for popular learning methods, is now a major trend in contemporary education. However, e-learning is limited by restrictions on the equipment and the design of learning activities, resulting in low degree of flexibility and mobility. How to make learning activities has more flexible without any device restrictions and the design of learning activities becomes an important topic. Now tablet PCs are increasingly more popular and powerful than smart phone, regarding screen presentation, device operation and system performance, leading to suitable for application in mobile learning. For above reason, this study extends e-learning to mobile learning, focusing on the use of tablet PCs in learning activity. Based on the characteristics of the tablet PCs, it seems to generate more diverse and interesting learning strategies and enhance learners’ willingness to learn. The aims of this study are to examine the satisfaction of the university freshman with tablet PC in a programming learning course and further explore the differences on learners’ learning achievement.
