摘 要 本研究的目的在於設計出一種新型電動輔助自行車傳動系統。首先收集與分析電動輔助自行車的相關資料、專利及法規,並整理出現有電動輔助自行車之傳動機構型式,進行一般性比較與分類。接著,訂定新型電動輔助自行車之功能需求,本研究著重於馬達能當發電機使用對電瓶充電。最後,本研究提出三種新型電動輔助自行車傳動系統的設計構想,並評估出可行性較高之設計構想,進行細部設計與實作。此外,本研究針對所提出之新型電動輔助自行車傳動系統,完成馬達控制器與充電控制器之設計與製作。再者,本研究建立一電動輔助自行車傳動系統實驗平台,進行雛型機平台測試。實驗結果顯示,本研究所提出之新型電動輔助自行車具體可行。
Abstract This research targets on the design and implementation of novel electrically assisted bicycle transmission systems. First, a paper review is conducted to collect the related research information and concluded their topological characteristics to define design specifications for the main design requirements of the electric motor functioned as a generator to charge batteries. Three novel electrically assisted bicycle transmission systems are synthesized. A new design concept is evaluated for kinematic analysis and design to obtain the size of each component of this system. Finally, a prototype of this new transmission is fabricated. Moreover, a test stand, an electric motor drive and a battery charging controller are performed to achieve the platform test. The experimental results show that the novel electrically assisted bicycle transmission system is feasible.
