台灣工具機產業近年來蓬勃發展,已成為世界主要生產重鎮。據機器公會(TAMI)統計資料顯示,台灣工具機2006年產值36.92億美元,位居世界第6位。然而,屬於IT產品製造端應用之超精密加工機,在全球消費性電子IT產品的需求迅速擴張,在其需求面隨著提昇的同時卻皆須仰賴進口設備。為配合台灣新興的高科技產業如半導體、資訊、電子、通訊、光電等產業之需求,如何將超精密加工機導入台灣工具機產業的一環,使台灣高科技業將更具競爭優勢。 以光學產業為例,傳統球面鏡片需要較多的鏡片組以改善影像畸變(Distortion)、彗星像差(Coma)等像差。因此非球面鏡片的開發與應用,使鏡頭鏡片數大幅降低,也造就非球面鏡片需求的激增。而非球面光學元件的製造技術,現今主要以光學玻璃模壓成型技術為主。但非球面光學元件模仁仰賴超精密的數控機台之機械加工,配合精密切磨技術及加工環境的精確控制使加工精度高、重複性、適合批量生產等特點使加工成本更具有競爭力。然而超精密加工機台的高設備成本考量使模仁元件加工業仍難以普及。因此,本文將以超精密加工機與泛用型CNC工具機之結構、精度、量測系統作綜合分析,以泛用型CNC 工具機台可進行模仁加工之可行性為探討方向,以期達成降低加工設備成本的目標。

Use the optical industry as the instance, the traditional spherical lens need more lens set for improve the photo image Distortion and Coma these aberrations, therefore, the development and application of aspherical Lens can reduce the lens quantity, and created the rapidly increase of demand. The high precision machine the high cost equipment let the mold component machining industrial cannot popularization, therefore, this context will integrated the analysis of the universal model of ultra machining the CNC machine tool structure, accuracy, measurement system as the integrated analysis. And discuss the feasibility of use the universal model CNC machining tool processing the mold, the target is for reduce the cost of machining equipment.
