摘要


三輪斜躺車屬於自行車的特殊車種,目前的市場約每年10,000輛左右,但市場需求有越來越大的趨勢。本研究主要目的是設計一種新的三輪斜躺車懸吊系統,利用簡單的零件與組裝方式,達到基本的避震效果,同時實現降低成本與輕量化的目的。現有懸吊系統多以市售避震筒加彈簧的套組來組裝,但其成本高昂;本研究以簡單的扭轉彈簧來達到避震效果,不僅大幅降低成本,也減輕了許多重量。

Three-wheeled recumbent bike belongs to the special bicycle. The current market is about 10,000 per year, but its market demand is in growing trend. The purpose of this study is to design a new three-wheeled recumbent bike suspension system. By using simple parts and assembly methods, this paper achieves the basic shock effect and reduces its cost and weight. Existing suspension system is assembled by shock absorbers and spring, but its cost is high. In this study, a simple torsion springs are used to achieve the shock effect, not only reduces costs, but also reduce a lot of weight.
