A copycatting cellphone is characterized by cheap price, imitating the latest style and design, no warranty, and being thrown away once it is broken. To compare with the cellphones of internationally famous brands, the copycatting cellphone even has the advantages of being innovative and with complete functions. By means of the questionnaire, the research aimed at the copycatting cellphone customers with different lifestyles in Taiwan to explore their satisfaction with and loyalty to copycatting cellphones. The main statistical methods used were one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, cluster analysis and regression analysis. The research findings showed a positive correlation between copycatting cellphone customers’ satisfaction and loyalty, and between copycatting cellphone customers’ perceived value and satisfaction. Besides, customers’ satisfaction with copycatting cellphones showed a significant difference because of different lifestyles.
