單馬達雙進風口排油煙機之設計與開發

摘要


隨著環保意識的高漲,節能減碳的議題已成為一個未來的趨勢。但是國人講究烹調美食之道,煮菜喜歡猛火快炒,常造成廚房烏煙瘴氣,為消除廚房油煙則使用抽油煙機排煙,卻又造成噪音。而且未來政府之環保政策將會依回收物的重量來徵稅,所以輕量化的設計是必然的趨勢且才能讓商品有競爭力。因此如何能在兼顧環保的前提下來發展新產品就成了我們所要努力的目標。 本文目標在於更改有別於以往之雙馬達設計、排風道的改良以及風扇葉片的設計,將其改為單馬達結構並藉由更改排風路徑改善其排風量以增強吸力。在葉片方面的設計尋找扇葉傾斜之最佳角度以及最大範圍涵蓋之面積。由於雙馬達結構在設計上在排風路徑上略有阻塞,這也造成馬達多餘的能源浪費。因此改用單馬達結構將可以提高排風量讓馬達的通風情況更為順暢也能提高工作效率並減少電能消耗,且少了一組馬達後也減少很多資源的使用以及達到輕量化的要求,且希望經由不斷的改良能讓排油煙機不只是單純的廚房用品而是變成一種通風的設備。

Along with environmental consciousness's surging upward, the energy conservation has become the subject of the future tendency. As of the Asian’s traditional cookery style, a raging fire frying on the ingredients would often create heavy smoke in the kitchen; as for the elimination of the cooking smoke, the traditional range hood however, would generate loud noise, power consuming and yet limited quantity in smoke suction. Moreover, as the new environmental protection law, Government Agency will regulate the recycle policy for the used home appliances; the policy is being noted that will be charged based on the weight of product. Therefore, a light weighted design must be implemented in order to increase the competitiveness of the product; and that is the topic for us to conduct this development. The main development target of this thesis is different from the traditional dual motor design, jamming air ventilation exists and poor impeller design. We are aiming at a single motor design to maintain the same performance, improve the suction power by modifying the air flow channel. The impeller design for a quieter and maximum CFM volume are also achieved. The perfect combination of motor torque rage, smooth ventilation channel and impeller design would expect to result a power efficiency, quieter in motor running and maximum in smoke suction. A kitchen range hood device can be used not only for kitchen but also another household air ventilation device.
