工作壓力、工作壓力管理與工作績效之研究 -以國軍主財單位為例

摘要


本研究以國軍陸軍、海軍、空軍主計財務人員為例,旨在探討其工作壓力、工作壓力管理與工作績效間之關係,希望藉由研究發現,以作為陸軍、海軍、空軍主計及財務人員工作分配之參考。 研究發現國軍主計財務人員人口統計變項之性別、婚姻、職務、工作性質,於工作壓力變項、工作壓力管理變項及工作績效變項等方面具有差異情形。教育程度、階級、軍種等人口變項,在工作壓力變項、工作壓力管理變項及工作績效變項方面具有差異情形。 國軍主財人員之工作壓力與工作壓力管理部份,皮爾森積差相關分析之結果顯示,「工作環境」與「軍事情境壓力」、「人際關係」、「個人家庭等其他壓力」呈現顯著正相關,「工作角色」與「人際關係」、「個人家庭等其他壓力」呈現顯著正相關,「人際關係」與「軍事情境壓力」、「人際關係」、「個人家庭等其他壓力」呈現顯著正相關,最後,「工作性質」與「軍事情境壓力」、「人際關係」、「個人家庭等其他壓力」呈現顯著正相關,因此,實證結果證實國軍主財人員「工作壓力」與「工作壓力管理」呈現顯著相關。 國軍主計財務人員之「工作壓力」、「工作績效」之間之相關性部份,經由進入變數分析法,探討工作壓力對工作績效之影響。本研究發現「工作環境」、「工作角色」、「人際關係」、「工作性質」,呈現顯著正相關。因此,實證結果證實國軍主計財務人員「工作壓力」與「工作績效」呈現「顯著」相關相符。 國軍主計財務人員之「工作壓力管理」、「工作績效」之間之相關性部份,本研究發現「軍事情境壓力」、「人際關係」、「個人家庭等其他壓力」,呈現顯著正相關。因此,實證結果證實國軍主財人員「工作壓力管理」與「工作績效」呈現顯著相關。 國軍主計財務人員之「工作壓力」、「工作壓力管理」對「工作績效」之間之相關性部份,本研究發現「工作環境」、「工作角色」、「人際關係」、「工作性質」、「軍事情境壓力」、「人際關係」、「個人家庭等其他壓力」,呈現顯著正相關。因此,實證結果證實國軍主財人員「工作壓力」、「工作壓力管理」對「工作績效」呈現顯著相關。 關鍵詞: 工作壓力、工作壓力管理、工作績效

Extended Abstract The Working Pressure, Research the Working Pressure Management and the Work Achievements - Advocates the Wealth Unit of Take the National Troops as the Example Graduate student: Hsiu-ling Chen Advisor: Li-chiu Chi, PhD Tseng-chung Tang, PhD Graduate Institute of Business and Management, National Formosa University Abstract This study takes the financial staff of army, navy, and air forces of national armed forces for example, and aims to investigate the relationship between their work stress, work stress management, and work performance. The research findings can be provided as reference for work assignment of financial staff of army, navy, and air forces. This study intends to find that whether gender, marital status, post, and nature of work of demographic variables lead to differences in work stress variable, work stress management variable, and work performance variable of financial staff of national armed forces, as well as whether demographic variables, such as education level, rank, and type of military service, of financial staff of national armed forces lead to differences in work stress variable, work stress management variable, and work performance variable. The results of Pearson product-moment correlation analysis on the work stress variable and work stress management variable of financial staff of national armed forces showed that “work environment” is significantly positively correlated with “military situational stress,” “interpersonal relationship,” and “other stresses, such as individual family.” “Work role” is significantly positively correlated with “interpersonal relationship” and “other stresses, such as individual family.” “Interpersonal relationship” is significantly positively correlated with “military situational stress,” “interpersonal relationship,” and “other stresses, such as individual family.” “Nature of work” is significantly positively correlated with “military situational stress,” “interpersonal relationship,” and “other stresses, such as individual family.” Therefore, the empirical results showed that, “work stress” and “work stress management” of financial staff of national armed forces are significantly correlated. In order to understand the correlation between “work stress” and “work performance” of financial staff of national armed forces, this study used variable analysis to investigate the influence of work stress on work performance. This study found that there is significant positive correlation among “work environment,” “work role,” “interpersonal relationship,” and “nature of work.” Therefore, the empirical results verified that the “work stress” and “work performance” of financial staff of national armed forces are “significantly” correlated. In order to understand the correlation between “work stress management” and “work performance” of financial staff of national armed forces, this study used variable analysis to investigate the influence of “work stress management” on “work performance.” This study found that, there is a significant positive correlation among “military situational stress,” “interpersonal relationship,” and “other stresses, such as individual family.” Therefore, the empirical results verified that the “work stress management” and “work performance” of financial staff of national armed forces are “significantly” correlated.
