國軍人員長期備戰及處於高壓環境下,其壓力一定高於一般人,尤其人員減少,工作量不減的情形下,國軍自我傷害時有耳聞,所以對於工作中產生的壓力、從事休閒活動的感受以及工作時呈現的績效之相互關係值得探討,另外可以藉此瞭解國軍人員的工作壓力來源,並由其自我評判的相關具體反應,去判定所受壓力的程度,用以對相關模式提供參考的資料。 本研究之目的在於:一、了解國軍人員參與休閒活動後之狀況;二、了解國軍人員工作壓力造成原因為何;三、國軍人員不同背景變項在參與休閒活動和工作壓力差異情形及工作績效之狀況。針對國軍所屬南部某航空單位之軍士官為研究對象,以「休閒活動、工作壓力及工作績效量表」進行問卷抽樣調查,回收之問卷將進行分析。 本次研究電子問卷總共回收180份;去除回答時不正確之沒效用問卷後,有效問卷計166份,有效問卷回收率92%,並經過了描述性統計分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及迴歸分析。 根據研究發現,休閒活動及工作壓力若單獨對工作績效都有顯著的影響,但當有休閒活動可以來調節壓力時,工作壓力對工作績效是沒有顯著影響,所以人們可以經由休閒活動來調節控制工作壓力,並可以藉由休閒活動的影響,讓工作壓力可以激發員工的能力,進而提升工作績效。
