不同產業從業人員的人格特質、工作壓力與休閒活動之現況調查

Related Research on Personality, Job Stress and Leisure Activities of the Working Class

摘要


本研究旨在探討上班族的人格特質、工作壓力與休閒活動之現況調查,採用問卷調查法,以便利抽樣的方式調查台灣地區各行業人員,總共回收問卷433份,有效問卷為427份,有效回收率為98.61%。問卷內容包含個人背景資料、人格特質量表、工作壓力量表與半開放式的休閒型態與方式調查表四部份。資料經收集分析討論後,結論如下:(1)不同產業別中的人格特質分數有顯著的差異,(2)大致上金融業較屬於A+型人格特質,且金融服務業高壓力人數居所有產業之冠,(3)適當的休閒活動對於降低壓力有效,在受訪者中,有高達89的從業人員認為休閒能有效減少壓力感。

This research investigates the current situation and relationship between personality, job stress and leisure activities among the working class. Questionnaires with convenience sampling were utilized as the research method in this study. The study participants were employees from various industries in Taiwan. There were a total of 433 questionnaires received with 427 questionnaires valid. The valid received rate was 98.61%. There were four parts in the questionnaire, including personal background information, personality scale, job stress scale and open-ended questions for leisure styles and modes. After data collecting, data analyzing and discussing, the conclusions of the current study were as follows; (1) There were significant differences in personality among the employees from various industries. (2) The major personality trait in the financial service industry was type A+. (3) The job stress in the financial service industry is higher than that in other industries. (3) Most of the employees (89%) from various industries ensured that job stress could be reduced by appropriate leisure activities.
