本研究旨在透過研究來瞭解在金融業內員工對於職場上的領導型態、組織文化與工作滿足所知覺之情形,並且得知公司領導型態、組織文化與工作滿足之關係。本研究使用問卷調查法,以「金融業領導型態、組織文化與工作滿足之研究」為研究工具,對雲林縣、嘉義縣 (市)、南投縣、彰化縣某銀行共7家分行為對象,以普查方式研究調查,正式問卷總計發放213份,回收191份,有效問卷189份,可用率為98.95%。調查所得之資料,採用SPSS 套裝軟體為主要分析工具,以描述性統計、t 檢定 (t-test) 、單因子變異數分析 (One-Way ANOVA)、Scheffe事後比較、LSD事後比較、皮爾森積差相關 (Pearson product-moment correlation)及迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析。 研究結果如下: 一、金融業領導者透過關懷員工的領導型態,可使員工對組織文化之各構面都有正向的知覺反應。 二、金融業領導者透過關懷員工的領導型態使員工對工作滿足之各構面都有正向的知覺反應 三、金融業之組織文化知覺反應愈高,員工的工作滿足愈高。 四、金融業領導型態與組織文化對於工作滿足具有預測力。
The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between leadership style, group culture and job satisfaction in the financial industry, and to understand the situation of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction in the workplace.In this study, a total of seven branches of one bank in Yunlin County, Chiayi County, Nantou County and Changhua County were used as the research scope for the study, A total of 213 questionnaires were distributed, 191 were recovered, 189 were valid questionnaires, and 98.95% were available. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Scheffe ex post comparison, LSD post hoc comparisons, Pearson correlation analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation, and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The results are as follows: First, the financial industry leaders through the leadership of the leadership of the type, so that employees of the organizational culture of the facets have a positive response. Second, the financial industry leaders through the leadership of the leadership of the staff to the job satisfaction of the faculty have a positive response. Third, the financial industry, organizational culture, the higher the response, the higher the satisfaction of staff work. Fourth, the financial industry leadership and organizational culture for job satisfaction with predictive power.
