中文摘要 本文主要以CO2雷射雕刻機為研究對象,將CO2雷射雕刻運用在一般圖像及字型的雕刻上,研究方式是將排版完成的印章圖形檔案,經過所發展出的路徑規畫程式,運用路徑追蹤方法,將字型外部及內部輪廓以向量的方式擷取後,重複向外及向內偏移路徑,直到需雕刻的部分全部填滿,將點陣(lattice)字型轉換成向量(Vector)字型,並且可自由將字型或圖像放大縮小,最後將所擷取的路徑資料重新規劃成加工路徑傳輸至解譯器(interpreter),驅動馬達雙軸同動進行圖像及字型刻印,藉此來增進刻印的效率與精細度,使雕刻的品質、速度與穩定性更加的提升。 關鍵字 : 向量字型、路徑規畫、雷射雕刻、輪廓擷取
ABSTRACT Study of vector fonts seal carving This research paper is mainly about the use of CO2 laser carving cutter in engraving of common images and fonts. The method is to take a ready typesetting of a graphic file and run it through the developed path. By utilizing the path tracing method, the system will capture the internal and external vector data of the font, and after repeating the same steps, the path gradually makes move outward and inward until the engraving area are all filled. The lattice fonts will be transformed into vector fonts, and then all the fonts can easily and freely to be shrinked or enlarged. At the last, to process the captured data and have it reprogrammed. As soon as the new data is sent to the interpreter, the dual-axis drive motor proceeds the engraving(the images or fonts). By doing the mentioned steps, not only the efficiency and finesse of engraving will be improved, but also the quality, speed and stability of engraving will be highly promoted.
