高低溫環境之下有機發光二極體之特性研究

摘要


有機發光二極體在在高低溫之下特性研究,因應隨之而來的大環境變 化、綠色能源觀念,受到世界各國政府的重視,除了制定相關法規來規範 外,各國也已經朝向綠能研發,以順應世界新趨勢。而耗電量低及壽命長 的發光二極體就成了時代的新寵兒,有機發光二極體光色較發光二極體柔 和,有機發光二極體材質較柔軟,可以製作應用在塑膠的基板上,因此非 常輕薄易於攜帶。 本研究以有機發光二極體為實驗樣本,經由實證與模擬結果如下:(1) 在高低溫系統中有機發光二集體的相關特性 (2) Alq3 元件、NPB 元件在高 低溫環境下特性。 (3)希望本研究結果能提供有機發光二極體研究參考,也 有助於瞭解有機發光二極體特性。

In this study, organic light-emitting diodes under high and low temperature was studied and characterized. Because of the environmental change, the green energy has become the subject that governments all around the world have paid more and more attention. In addition, governments have released laws and regulations to develop and regulate R & D of green energy to adapt to the new trends of the world. Low power consumption and long lifetime of light-emitting diode has been opening a bright future for lighting application. Besides, organic light-emitting diode light has color softer than the light-emitting diode. Other hand, organic light-emitting diode can be fabricated as flexible device on plastic substrate result in very thin and easy to carry. In this study, the organic light emitting diodes was fabricated and then its characteristics was compared with simulated parameters that obtained from hand-made program: (1) organic light-emitting diodes under different temperature (2) characteristics of organic light-emitting material Alq3, NPB under different temperature environment. (3) hope that the matching in results of organic light emitting diodes characteristics from experiment and simulation was obtained. Consequently, the characteristics of the organic light-emitting diodes was understand that benefit for the fabrication of OLED device .
