績效評估(performance appraisals)係與員工確定及溝通,他在工作中表現如何的過程,亦即利用績效標準來衡量員工現在或過去的工作表現,組織進行績效評估的最終目標在於改善工作績效。本研究針對製造系統之績效評估,將國內外相關文獻所提出之製造績效衡量指標加以整理,建構製造績效衡量指標,以專家問卷選定適用於製造部門績效評估的指標,並以分析層級程序法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)來計算評估指標的權重值,並運用重要度-表現程度分析法(Importance-Performance Analysis, IPA)探究VH公司內部員工對績效評估的聲音,以建立一套生產部門績效衡量評估系統,供日後生產部門系統績效評估之參考。
The objective of this study is to organize a variety of relevant articles about performance appraisals and customize the listed performance assessment variables to be better fit for Company VH - manufacturing industry type. First of all, a professionally designed survey will be used as a qualitative tool to select the variables that are good for a manufacturing company to use. Most importantly, this paper aims to integrate the theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) to build up a performance appraisal system specifically for production department. A survey constructed upon AHP format will be distributed at Company A to collect the relative weighting of performance variables across production departmental level. The results are to determine overall performance ranking of production department. Last, IPA is applied through internal survey across staffs and production workers to determine which variables are important when doing assessment. Based upon the output of AHP/ IPA surveys, management of Company VH would be able to do performance appraisals in a fair manner.
