高功率低通濾波器之設計

Design of High-power Low-pass Filters

摘要


本論文為以集總式元件來實現一個L-波段具高功率規格限制的低通濾波器,本文會介紹如何選取能承受高功率的材料和元件,也會提出模擬的方式、設計技巧和一些判斷的條件,上述皆會作為實作出此高功率低通濾波器的依據,而詳細的實作過程以及量測的結果也會在本文中討論。

This thesis discusses a L-band high-power low-pass filter which uses all lumped components. According to the specifications of the filter, suitable choice of materials and components with high-power consideration will be the most important topic. Simulation methods and some useful design tips will be introduced to estimate the filter performance. The detailed manufacturing process of the filter and the small signal and high-power measurements will also be discussed.
