以濕式洗滌塔處理印刷電路板產業中乾膜及印刷製程 揮發性有機物效率之探討

摘要


印刷電路板產業產能為我國前五大電子零組件產業,產業為了朝多樣化、多機能化及高速處理化的目標,不斷的在原物料及製程上求新改變。印刷電路板產業的空氣污染物除了一般酸、鹼性廢氣外,還有揮發性有機物廢氣。揮發性有機物逸散至大氣後經陽光照射會與氮氧化物進行一連串的光化學反應而產生臭氧及光化學霧等二次污染物而造成環境問題,且揮發性有機物具有毒性,對現場作業人員的健康有直接性的危害。印刷電路板產業大都集中在台北、桃園地區,本論文選定桃園地區三家廠商,對於乾膜及印刷製程進行製程特性分析、濕式洗滌塔處理揮發性有機物效能評估及初步建立印刷電路板產業中乾膜及印刷製程揮發性有機物排放係數。 本研究結果得知:1.多層板之印刷製程排放係數為0.020 kg/m2,單、雙面板廠印刷製程排放係數為0.014 kg/m2及多層板乾膜及印刷製程排放係數0.024 kg/m2。2.濕式洗滌塔對於印刷電路板產業乾膜及印刷單元揮發性有機物去除率約在12〜33%。3.洗滌塔之洗滌液COD值的提昇降低了洗滌塔揮發性有機物去除效率,經實驗得知對於印刷製程單元洗滌塔每公噸洗滌液約可吸收0.67 公斤揮發性有機物。4.填充床式洗滌塔液氣比愈大時,其質量輸送之驅動力愈大,吸收效率亦愈大。5.機台設置排氣設備或排氣設備效率不彰和人為因素對於作業環境中揮發性有機物有顯著影響。

PCB (printed circuit board) industry has become one of the five largest electronic industries in Taiwan. PCB industry continuously modify the material used and process in order to make industries more diversified, multi-functional and efficient. In addition to acidic & gaseous pollutants, PCB industries also emit large quantity of VOCs (volatile organic compounds). Once emitted into the atmosphere, VOCs cause a series of photochemical reaction with nitrogen oxide and produces secondary pollutants, such as ozone, and PAN (peroxy acetyl nitrate). Emissions of VOCs are also harmful to operators. Most PCB industries are located in Taipei and Taoyuan area. This research selected three factories in Toayuan area to investigate the use and emission of VOCs from dry film and printing processes VOCs removal efficiencies achieved with wetscrubbers are evaluated and the emission factors of VOCs for dry film and printing processes are established. The results of this study indicate that: (A) the emission factors of multi-layer printing process is 0.020 kg/m2, 0.014 kg/m2 for single/double layer printing process, and 0.024 kg/m2 for multilayer dry film and printing process, (B) the VOCs removal efficiency of wetscrubbers is about 12 to 33 percent in dry film and printing process of PCB industries, (C) increasing of chemical oxygen demand (COD) in scrubber water will decrease the VOCs removal efficiency achieved with scrubbers. The results also indicate that 1 m3 of scrubber water can absorb 0.67 kg of VOCs, (D) the higher gas/liquid ratio in scrubber, the higher driving force of mass transportation, resulting in a higher absorption rate, (E) poor performance of the hood and human error lead to serious emission of VOCs to the working environment.
