RFID於醫療院所之應用研究

自二十世紀以來，RFID在各產業中積極發展，企業透過RFID可以無線方式追蹤、定位物體，因此成為改進效率、品質最大的推手。對於醫療產業來說，RFID將是未來應用的重點之一，但在目前環境，尚未能全面應用，因此如何找出RFID最適合應用的方式及導入方法，成為當前醫療產業最重要的課題之一。本研究目的為透過實際訪談來了解已導入RFID醫療院所之導入原因、技術導入考量、應用方向、醫療及資訊流程的結合、醫療人員對資訊科技的接受性、資訊科技所扮演角色，以及實際使用狀況等相關問題。研究之問題為：1：醫療院所導入RFID之導入現況為何？2：有哪些因素會導致醫療院所導入RFID？本研究以個案研究法進行一探索性研究，藉由幾個臺灣醫療院所的導入經驗，探討RFID如何在醫療產業中擴散應用且提供改進、發展之方向，且提供四點之RFID導入管理實務上的建議： 1.高階主管支持。 2.可委外但須結合原有作業相關知識與流程。 3.流程重新檢視。 4.使用者的使用意願。

Since the twentieth century, RFID has been applied in many industries. However, in the medical industry, RFID has never been applied in all areas. Therefore, it is important to study how RFID has been applied in the medical industry. The purpose of this study is to understand the reasons and the goals for implementing RFID projects, and how to integrate medical processes with information processes. Case study method is need for this study purpose. Data are collected by interviewing the information department manager of the hospital, which have already implemented RFID projects. And it is found in this study that executive support the RFID projects, fit process in the RFID projects, review process before planning RFID projects, and user involvement in the RFID projects.
