論 文 摘 要 論文名稱:RFID在醫院超音波的資產管理之應用 臺北醫學大學醫學資訊研究所 研究生姓名: 辛幸誼 指 導 教 授 :邱泓文 臺北醫學大學醫學資訊研究所 教授 為了在醫療市場中取得競爭優勢,除了在醫療團隊素質上的積極提升之外,這些年來各大醫院在充實高端醫療儀器設備的競相投資,其激烈程度衍然已近乎”軍備競賽”一般。然而這樣的醫療資源的投資是否真正充分達到醫療服務利用率的增加以及品質的提升是有疑慮的,這樣的問題有許多研究正在進行中或有部分結論。現代醫院管理階層當在進行設備資產的管理與運用效率時多半從投資效益評估來衡量,例如設備使用率、妥善率、實際收費回報率與維護成本等。或許在大部分設備可以輕易達成,然而在面對診斷超音波儀這一項設備的使用率上很難算出真正數據。主要原因是一般設備常以開機率來作為判斷使用率的依據。然而,通常診斷用超音波設備就算處於開機狀態並不能代表就是在使用中,更加上以目前越來越多”多科共用”的情況此時各科使用率更是無法評估,更不用說配合臨床檢查需要而常常移動設備,進而增加使用情況的複雜度與多元性。 本研究著眼於驗證以RFID這種非接觸性與身分識別具獨立性的特性取得超音波設備使用資料的可行性分析期望能提供醫院在此一設備資產管理與採購決策之問題有所幫助。 關鍵字:診斷用超音波、醫療資源、投資效益、資產管理、RFID、採購決策

Abstract Title of Thesis:Asset Management on Ultrasound Equipment in Hospital with RFID Author : Hsin Hsing-yi Thesis advised by : Professor Chiu Houng-wen Ph.d. Taipei Medical University, Graduate Institute of Medical Informatics In order to be competitive in the medical market, apart from the quality in the health care provider like hospitals , these years large hospitals in fulfilling the high-end medical instruments competing investment, its derivatives, which were so intense is almost became kinds of "arms race". However such medical resource investments really fully achieved an increase in health care utilization, as well as quality is concerned, this issue has a number of ongoing or some conclusions. Hospital management team will base on view of the assets management and utilization efficiency to make the investment evaluation , such as device usage, proper rate, rate of return on the actual charges and maintenance cost, etc... Perhaps in the most kinds of devices can easily be reached, however in the face of diagnostic ultrasound device for this equipment utilization, it is difficult to work out on real data. The main reason is other devices can just base on it’s up time. However, diagnostic ultrasound device does not represent the is in use when system is powered on, even to the present more and more "shared" conditions at this point the usage is much difficult to evaluate, let alone meet clinical examination needs often move the devices around departments and buildings. This study looks at validation to the characteristics of RFID , non-contact and identification of independence to get using data of ultrasound equipment to provide hospital management team the information needs in assets management and procurement decision problem.
