協同商務計劃性生產之個案研究-以A公司為例

摘要


在全球化的浪潮影響下,消費者需求變化快速,使得衛浴五金的產品生命週期縮短。各品牌國際大廠為了滿足流行趨勢及消費者多變的需求,紛紛以加快上市時間為目標,搶先佔領市場佔有率,連帶影響到代工廠商必須透過一些供應鏈管理手段或改變生產模式,來降低產品生產交期的時間,進而強化其企業的競爭力。 協同商務是講求彼此「互惠互利」條件下,彼此在你爭我奪的競爭環境中,轉變成互惠合作關係,讓在供應鏈上下游之間找到彼此的協同作業方式。透過資訊科技的協助能夠讓供應鏈中的資訊能見度提高,來降低在供應鏈環節中的不確性的風險,進而協助企業在經營策略上的決策規劃,創造雙贏的機會。 本研究探討企業如何利用供應鏈資訊分享的方式來推動計劃性生產模式。研究分析個案公司在生產模式上改變的歷程背景,以及遭遇的問題與解決方式。針對供應鏈上下游之間協同商務及資訊分享的討論,參與個案規劃與執行,並以資料彙整及實地觀察,進行深入研究。 研究結果發現透過資訊技術的輔助,能夠提高供應鏈上下游之間的資訊透通程度,並能夠強化企業間協同合作及資訊分享方式。並且在協同作業上,若能夠定義清楚雙方的利益分配原則及權利義務的關係,則能夠對推動協同商務有所助益。藉由本研究結果能提供在協同作業方式的議題上,作為各產業在建置供應鏈資訊系統時的參考。

Due to the trend of globalization and furious competition from international competitors, most organizations are working hard to shorten time to market. Even the OEMs have to respond quickly to customers’ order by changing their production models through the Supply Chain Management. With the implementation of collaboration commerce, both customers and suppliers can work together to increase competitive advantages and realize a “win-win” strategy. This study designed a case study to investigate how collaboration commerce is implemented in by using build-to-forecast model with Supply Chain Information Sharing. The finding of this study shows that both customer and supplier can share their rolling forecasting information to respond quickly and efficiently to market needs. However, the performance of such collaboration can improve a lot if the statements of obligations and authority canbe definedexpressively for both sides. This finding can provide insights to practitioners for their decision making considerations.
