中文摘要 論文題目：生物醫療廢棄物清理人員風險知覺、工作壓力與工作倦怠之相關研究 院校系所：國立中正大學勞工研究所 研 究 生：郭育麟(Kuoyulin) 指導教授：王安祥(An-Hsiang Wang) 本研究旨在探討風險知覺對工作倦怠影響之評估，以工作壓力為中介變項，並分析不同背景生物醫療廢棄物清理人員風險知覺、工作壓力及工作倦怠之差異情形，同時探討三者之相關。本研究欲以量化方式進行實證研究，來探討生物醫療廢棄物清理人員風險知覺與工作倦怠之關係，及是否會受到工作壓力之中介作用影響。本研究是以生物醫療廢棄物清理人員為調查對象，總計發放215份問卷，回收110份，有效問卷101份。問卷資料經統計分析後，得到如下的結論： 一、不同個人背景對風險知覺、工作壓力及工作倦怠各研究變項具有差異存在。 二、風險知覺對工作壓力具有正向影響。 三、工作壓力對工作倦怠具有正向影響 四、風險知覺因工作壓力的中介效果而對工作倦怠產生影響。 關鍵字：生物醫療廢棄物清理人員、風險知覺、工作壓力、工作倦怠

Abstract
This study was to investigate the effects of the biomedical waste clearance and disposal personnel risk perception on job burnout, job stress as a mediating effect. In addition, the study also would like to analyze the differences of risk perception, job stress and job burnout among different backgrounds of the biomedical waste clearance and disposal personnel, and to investgate the relationships of them. Consequently, the study was designed to investigate the relationship among the risk perception, job stress and job burnout of the biomedical waste clearance and disposal personnel by the quantitative approach. The participated in this study come from the biomedical waste clearance and disposal personnel. There are totally 215 questionnaire sent, and the number of response is 110 including 101 valid responses. The results of the study are as follows:
1. The significant differences of risk perception, job stress and job burnout among different backgrounds of the biomedical waste clearance and disposal personnel.
2. Risk perception had a significant correlation with job stress.
3. Job stress had a significant correlation with job burnout.
4. Job stress has a mediating effect on risk perception and job burnout.
