身處全球化的時代,科技產業要面臨的競爭者來自世界各地,唯有比對手在專案管理上更有優勢,才能有成功的機會,因此探討產業在執行專案管理的關鍵成功因素已成為目前企業之議題之一。目前研究大多探討專案管理之關鍵成功因素,本研究之目地以知識管理專案推動之相關研究,並使用專家訪談法分析晶圓製造業。 本研究以Pinto and Slevin (1989)所提出之四階段:概念階段、規劃階段、執行階段及終結階段為基點,與專案管理領域專家學者所探討的專案整體規劃及專案成功的關鍵因素為重點,彙整先前專案管理理論所探討之關鍵成功因素等研究貢獻,藉由探討這些相關文獻,做為研究的理論基礎,且探討在個案公司在專案執行中,所進行的知識管理活動為何,促成本研究知識管理專案關鍵成功因素之架構,並分析個案公司在知識管理方面之重要性。
With the global development, the electronics industry has to face serious competition. The only way to gain and sustain competitive advantage is focusing on project management. Therefore, exploring the key success factors (KSF) of project management has become an important issue in industry. Many past researches were focusing on KSF of project management. This research is taking the analyses dimension from expert depth interview to analyze the KSFS of the wafer manufacturing company. According to the key success factors discussed in the literature review, this study concentrates on four phases of project management: Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Closing(Pinto & Slevin, 1989), and process to find out the KSF in each phase of project management. This study conducted a depth interview with experts and construct the framework of the research.
