以平衡計分卡探討私立高職經營之研究-以某高職為例

摘要


本研究針對個案高職利用問卷調查法,透過平衡計分卡的架構,由財務、顧客、內部流程以及學習與成長四個構面,探討學生選校的因素。研究結果發現:1.不同背景變項對整體各方面的表現皆偏向負面的觀感。2.不同背景變項對財務構面認知之差異性的不同而有所差異。3.不同背景變項對顧客構面認知之差異性的不同而有所差異。4.不同背景變項對內部流程構面認知之差異性的不同而有所差異。5.不同背景變項對學習成長構面認知之差異性的不同而有所差異。本研究並依據上述結論提出若干建議,以供教育行政機關、學校行政單位以及未來研究者之參考。

Based on a case of vocational high school, this research used questionnaire, under the structure of The Balanced ScoreCard, regarding finance, customer, inner process, and learning and growth. It discussed the reason why students chose the school. The results showed: 1. variables on the performances in all are negative. 2 variables are different depending on various cognitions in financial aspects. 3 variables are different depending on the various cognitions of customer aspects. 4 variables are different depending on various cognitions of internal process perspectives. 5 variables on cognitions of learning and growth perspective cognitive are different. Based on the above conclusions, this study proposed some suggestions as references for education administrative authorities, school authorities and future researchers.
