Based on a case of vocational high school, this research used questionnaire, under the structure of The Balanced ScoreCard, regarding finance, customer, inner process, and learning and growth. It discussed the reason why students chose the school. The results showed: 1. variables on the performances in all are negative. 2 variables are different depending on various cognitions in financial aspects. 3 variables are different depending on the various cognitions of customer aspects. 4 variables are different depending on various cognitions of internal process perspectives. 5 variables on cognitions of learning and growth perspective cognitive are different. Based on the above conclusions, this study proposed some suggestions as references for education administrative authorities, school authorities and future researchers.
