摘要 本研究旨在探討國小教師資訊素養、使用互動式電子白板教學與教學效能之關係。 本研究以問卷調查進行研究,採分層比例抽樣方式,以臺南市公立國民小學教師為研究母體,共發出678份問卷,回收有效問卷633份,調查結果以描述性統計分析、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森相關分析及雪費法檢定分析。 綜合本研究之主要發現,可簡要歸納如下: 一、國民小學教師資訊素養現況屬於中上程度。 二、國民小學教師教學效能現況屬於中上程度。 三、不同服務年資、學歷及學校規模在整體資訊素養上皆有達到顯著差異。 四 、不同服務年資、學歷及學校規模在整體教學效能上皆有達到顯著差異。 五、南市國小教師之資訊素養與教學效能具有高度正相關,亦即資訊素養能力愈高,其教學效能愈佳。 六、使用互動式電子白板教學與資訊素養、教學效能之間無顯著關係。 關鍵字:資訊素養、互動式電子白板、教學效能
ABSTRACT This research explored the relationship between Interactive White Board (IWB) teaching, Teacher's Information Literacy and Teaching Effectiveness. The data are collected by questionnaires through Proportionate stratified samplin. The study populations are the teachers of public elementary schools in Tainan city. There are 633 valid questionnaires among totally returned 678 questionnaires. The data are analyzed by Descriptive statistics, T-test, One-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, and Scheffe’s method analysis. The findings were as follows. 1. The elementary school teachers get scores above average information literacy and highest score on information ethics. 2. The elementary school teachers get scores above average on teaching efficiency and highest score on classroom management. 3. Information literacy is significantly affected by teaching experience, educational background, and school size. 4. Teaching Effectiveness is significantly affected by teaching experience, educational background, and school size. 5. Among the teachers from elementary schools in Tainan city, there is a positive correlation between information literacy and teaching efficacy. That is, the more information literacy the teachers have, the better their teaching efficacy is. 6. Interactive White Board Teaching is not significantly affected by Information Literacy, and Teaching Effectiveness. Keywords: IWB Teaching, Information Literacy, Teaching Effectiveness.
