本研究目的旨在比較大專不同組別游泳選手之運動動機、心理堅韌性與身心倦怠之差異。以及探討大專游泳運動員之運動動機、心理堅韌性與身心倦怠之關係。本研究以大專游泳運動員進行立意取樣,參與總人數為 271 人。以「運動員運動動機量表」、「運動員心理堅韌性量表」及「運動員身心倦怠量表」為施測工具。而資料處理以One-way MANOVA 考驗差異性、並以徑路分析探討變項間的相關性。主要研究結果顯示如下: 1. 在運動動機上,大專游泳選手就讀運動相關科系及就讀一般科系之公開組高於一般組,而就讀運動相關科系與一般科系之公開組並無差異。 2. 在心理堅韌性上,不同組別的大專游泳選手皆無差異。 3. 在身心倦怠上,大專游泳選手就讀運動相關科系及就讀一般科系之公開組高於一般組,而就讀運動相關科系與一般科系之公開組並無差異。 4. 徑路分析結果發現大專游泳選手之運動動機、心理堅韌性與身心倦怠具有相關性,而心理堅韌性可能為運動動機對身心倦最主要影響因素之中介變項。 關鍵詞:運動動機、心理堅韌性、身心倦怠
The aims of this study were to investigate the differences of sport motivation, mental toughness and burnout within three different swimming classes of university athletes. Furthermore, the relationship of swimmers’ sport motivation and mental toughness to burnout had also been tested to see their relationships. This study recruited 271 college swimming athletes during the National Universiade Games, 2012. Participants had been assigned to three different groups. This design accorded to whether they majored in sport related departments and registered in the elite class or not. Measurements which had been applied to this study included Sport Motivation Scale, Mental Toughness Scale for Sports and Burnout Scale. One-way MANOVA and path analysis found the multiple results that were shown as following. 1. Elite swimming athletes who study in the sport related-departments and general departments had higher sport motivation than non-elite class swimmers. 2. No mental toughness differences had been found within different swimming classes. 3. Elite swimming athletes who study in the sport related-departments and general departments had higher burnout in swimming sport than non-elite class university swimmers. 4. The result of Path Analysis revealed the significant relationships of sport motivation, mental toughness and burnout of university swimming athletes. Mental toughness might be the potential mediator between sport motivation and burnout. Key words:Sport motivation, mental toughness, and burnout
