本研究旨在探討南投縣國小教師教學成敗歸因與教學效能關係之研究,盼望透過問卷的調查及統計的分析,了解南投縣國小教師教學成敗歸因及教學效能之情形,探討南投縣國小教師的不同背景變項對教學成敗歸因及教學效能之差異情形,教學成敗歸因及教學效能之關係,以及教學成敗歸因對教學效能之預測作用,並且根據研究發現提出相關的結論與建議,作為有關單位的參考依據。 為達上述研究目的,本研究採取問卷調查法進行研究,以南投縣國小教師為研究對象,自編之「國小教師教學成敗歸因與教學效能之調查問卷」為研究工具,總計發放624份問卷,有效樣本511份,將蒐集調查問卷的資料加以統計分析後,本研究所得結論如下: 一、南投縣國小教師教學成敗歸因表現為「中高程度」,「內在層面」是教學成功歸因最重要關鍵,而 「學生層面」是教學失敗歸因最重要關鍵。 二、南投縣國小教師教學效能表現情況良好,以「班級經營」表現最佳,而「教學評量」得分最低。 三、在整體教學成功歸因上,51歲以上國小教師顯著高於31-40歲教師、任教16年以上國小教師顯著高於 任教6-10年教師,教師兼主任或教師兼組長顯著高於級任教師;而在整體教學失敗歸因上則沒有差 異。 四、在整體教學效能上,51歲以上國小教師顯著高於31-40歲教師、任教16年以上國小教師顯著高於任教 6-10年教師。 五、國小教師愈傾向於將教學成功歸因於「內在層面」、教學失敗歸因於「學生層面」,其教學效能的程 度也愈好。 六、國小教師教學成功之「內在層面」、「外在層面」、「學生層面」及教學失敗之「學生層面」能有效 預測教學效能。 最後,根據研究結論對教育行政機關、學校、教師及未來研究提出具體建議。 關鍵詞:教學成敗歸因、教學效能
The purpose of this research is to investigate the relations between the attributions of successful and failed teaching and teaching efficiency in Nantou elementary school's teachers, hoping through the questionnaire and statistical analysis to understand what situation it really is. This study discusses some topics. one is how elementary school's teachers in Nantou from different backgrounds affect the attributions of successful and failed teaching and teaching efficiency. another is the relations between the attributions of successful and failed teaching and teaching efficiency. the other is how to using the attributions of successful and failed teaching to predict the teaching efficiency. finally, there are some conclusions and advices can be used as references for some relevant institutions. In order to achieve the purpose mentioned above, this research, using questionnaires design by the author, make a experiment on Nantou elementary school's teachers.There were 624 questionnaires distributed, but only 511 were effective. After statistic data manipulation, the result is shown below: 1.The performance of Attributions of successful teaching in Nantou elementary school's teachers are on the middle level and the high level. " the inner aspect " is the key of the Attributions of successful teaching, while students are the key of Attributions of failed teaching. 2.The performance of teaching efficiency in Nantou elementary school's teachers is excellent in class management, but worst in teaching evaluation. 3.Generally speaking, the performance of Attributions of successful teaching of elementary school's teachers in 51 ages is apparently better than in 31-40 ages. the teaching efficiency of elementary school's teachers with 16 year teaching experiences is apparently better than with 6-10 year teaching experiences. 4.Generally speaking, the teaching efficiency of elementary school's teachers in 51 ages is apparently better than in 31-40 ages. the teaching efficiency of elementary school's teachers with 16 year experiences is apparently better than with 6-10 experiences. 5.the more elementary school's teachers attribute the success to the inner aspect and the failure to the students, the more teaching efficiency is better. 6.The attributions of successful teaching in inner aspect, outer aspect and students and the attributions of failed teaching in students can be effectively predicted.
