大學生對於實施婚前教育及其預防家庭暴力之態度研究

摘要

家庭暴力防治法於台灣已推行多年，但家庭暴力仍未有顯著之改善。綜觀家庭暴力防治現況，多以事後之治療與補救為主，因此本研究提出針對一般家庭與大眾之預防方案，即婚前教育方案，讓每對新婚者皆能參與。本研究以問卷調查法，針對嘉義地區280名不同大學類型之大學生進行對於實施婚前教育態度及其對有無改善家庭暴力效果之探索性研究，內容包括(1)對於婚前教育開辦態度，(2)不同感情階段對於婚前教育需求之評估，(3)對於婚前教育是否有助於預防家庭暴力之觀點，(4)不同婚前教育內容重要性之排序(5)不同婚前教育形式之偏好度。結果發現大學生普遍支持開辦婚前教育，認同有助於預防家庭暴力；不同性別、感情狀態與大學類型等背景變項，對於大學生認為婚前教育及有無改善家庭暴力效果之態度會造成差異。針對研究結果，本研究建議應由政府開辦全體新婚者均應參加之婚前教育，且於婚姻登記時直接進行，可兼顧方便性與全面性。內容以溝通技巧為主，並搭配法律知識之宣導。

The Domestic Violence Prevention Act has practiced in Taiwan many years, but the domestic violence rate is still high. Reviewed the domestic violence prevention programs, most are treatment after violence happened. This article proposed a general domestic violence prevention program, i.e. premarriage education program for every newly-married couples. This article use survey on 280 college students in Chayi on their attitude for premarital education and domestic violence prevention. The survey includes: (a) the attitude for premarital education; (b) the need for premarital education on different relationship situation; (c) the attitude for whether premarital education can prevent domestic violence; (d) the preference of different premarital education. The result shows college students are support for premarriage education. College Student of different sex, relationship situation and college types have significant difference on attitude for premarital education and domestic violence prevention. The article suggests that government should provide premarital education for every newly-married couples while marriage register. The premarital education should consist of communication skills and law.
