研究目的:高齡化社會,照護老年患者需要更豐富的知識與技能,透過研究以瞭解目前在職場上的醫療專業人員老化知識與對老人態度相關因素以及影響情形。 研究方法:使用FAQ1、KAOP及匿名社經地位量化問卷,以ANOVA、卡方檢定、Person 積差相關等統計方法進行量化分析。 研究結果:收集487位醫療專業人員,其中醫生85位、護士330位,以及其他專業醫療人員72位;醫療專業人員在FAQ1知識量表平均分數為11.94(SD=2.65)分,KAOP平均分數為124.55(SD=8.33)分。醫師、男性、每月收入大於10萬以上,以及願意未來與老人同住之意願者,老化知識較高且對老人態度更正向。 結論:醫療專業人員生理與心理層面的老化知識程度高,社會層面的老化知識低,對老人態度為正向態度,老化知識與對老人態度具有正相關。 建議:衛生主管機關維持繼續教育積分更換證照制度,繼續教育課程內容加入老化教育課程;醫院單位可讓員工進行高齡友善之相關在職教育訓練;醫療專業人員進修社會層面之老化知識,為退休生涯做更充足的準備。
Objective: Aging social care elderly patients require more extensive knowledge and skills through the study to understand the current aging medical professionals workplace knowledge and attitudes to the elderly and related factors affecting the situation. Methods: Use FAQ1, KAOP and socioeconomic status quantify anonymous questionnaire to ANOVA, chi-square test, Person Pearson correlation and other statistical methods for quantitative analysis. Results: Collect 487 medical professionals, including 85 doctors, 330 nurses and 72 other medical professionals; medical professionals in FAQ1 knowledge scale mean score was 11.94 (SD = 2.65) points, KAOP average score of 124.55 (SD = 8.33) points. Physician, male, monthly income of more than 10 million or more, and a willingness to live with the old man of the future who wishes, aging knowledge is high and attitude corrections to the elderly. Conclusion and suggestion: The health care professionals serving the physiological and psychological aspects of a high degree of knowledge of aging, aging of the social dimension of knowledge is low, the attitude is positive attitudes to the elderly, aging, knowledge and attitudes of the elderly have a positive correlation. The health authorities maintain Continuing Education Credits replacement licensure, continuing education courses to join aging education courses; hospital units allows employees of the relevant age-friendly job training; medical professionals learning the social dimension of knowledge of aging, to do more for retirement career adequate preparation.
