由以往引擎車排檔系統調整轉速與扭力可適應不同坡度路段的經驗,開發專屬為了電動車所設計之可調節電流與扭力的排檔系統,調節不同路段電流值,並且使電動車行進時處於節能狀態。本文以實驗室電動車為實驗平台,其上建立一套可手動觸發之電自排系統來實現。本文要介紹如何換檔時不使用傳統離合器,而只需要單向軸承與控制器,便能控制車輛與馬達動力分離的設計;與介紹不需要傳統手動排檔桿,如何以電自排方式入檔,如何帶動同步器入檔的設計與過程,以及介紹本實驗室設計製作的電動車電自排變速箱如何運作,本文將細談各部分設計,最後以路試分析實地測量,證明其排檔系統具有調節電流與功效,並且證明其設計有著操作容易以及換檔時間短,換檔順暢度高的效能表現。
Experience from the engine car gear system adjust the speed and torque method can be adapted to different sections of the slope, designed gear system for electric vehicles adjustable current and torque , and the electric car is traveling in a power saving state. Production can be artificially controlled self-scheduling system in electric vehicles in our laboratory. This paper will introduce the design that how to use no clutch ,but use the one-way bearing and controller to control the motor power link or detach。And introduce the design that how to use no shift lever , but use shift actuator to shift.And introduce how to link the shift actuator and synchromesh. Finally, the analysis of field measurements road test to prove their gear system can adjustable current,and the design that is easy to operate and has a short shifting time and smooth shifting performance.
