多邊形物件模型五軸加工碰撞偵測之研究

摘要


在目前越來越講求精密度與生產效率的時代,五軸CNC工具機已經是加工技術的主流趨勢,在加工過程中有任何錯誤的指令及操作,很容易會有碰撞或干涉問題發生,若能對機台做碰撞偵測,則可以避免因機台碰撞所造成的損失。 本文的主要目的為發展五軸CNC工具機碰撞偵測技術,將機台模型由三角網格合併為凸多邊形網格,大幅減少所需要處理的資料,再利用分離軸定理判斷干涉,配合分離軸插補法將可有效提升偵測效率。在本文中利用程式模擬來驗證五軸工具機凸多邊形網格模型的碰撞偵測時間約62.08 msec比一般三角網格模型的碰撞偵測時間約72.14 msec,偵測效率提昇約14%。

Current machining, more and more emphasis on machining precision and productivity, five-axis CNC machine tools has been the mainstream processing technology. If any error of commands and wrong operations during the processing, it is easy to have a collision or interference problem. If we can do collision detection on the machine tools, the machine can avoid the damage. The main purpose of this research is developing an efficient collision detection technology for five-axis CNC machine tools, using polygon model. The research method transfers the conventional triangular meshes into convex polygon meshes. The data to be processed are significantly reduced, using the separation axis theorem to detect collisions. We also use the separating axis interpolation algorithm to improve computation efficiency. In the end of this research, a coded program is used to simulate and verify the convex polygon mesh model detection efficiency. To implement on a five-axis machine simulation, the result shows that the collision detecting time for STL model is 72.14 msec and the polygon model is 62.08 msec, which improves 14%.
