以資訊安全觀點 探討影響醫師使用電子病歷之研究

摘要

實施電子病歷無疑會帶來許多便利性，但現階段與電子病歷有關的利害關係人無論是病人、醫療院所、醫護人員或資訊專家等，仍對實施電子病歷可能引發的病人隱私洩露及資訊安全有所疑慮。雖然目前國內外有許多資訊安全相關研究，而以往研究都圍繞於資訊安全之政策及規範，鮮少以資訊安全觀點出發討論人們行為或心態對於使用意圖的影響。本研究期望能夠透過修正後科技持續理論織之架構，解釋及預測資訊系統的接受和持續使用行為，並透過所加入認知風險與信任探討醫師之心理層面，以達到正確評估影響的關鍵因素。
本研究以醫院問卷發放方式，共收集到179份有效問卷，並以統計軟體smartPLS去驗證各變數間的假設關係及依變數間的解釋能力。研究結果發現醫師的認知風險會負向影響醫師的信任，並透信任以直接或間接的方式影響醫師的持續使用意圖。

Implementation of electronic medical records will undoubtedly bring many conveniences, but at this stage with the electronic medical records of patients, whether related stakeholders, hospitals, medical experts or information, are still on the implementation of electronic medical records may lead to patient privacy and information disclosure Security misgivings. Although there are many domestic and international information security-related research, and previous studies have around in policy and regulatory information security, information security viewpoint rarely discussed in people's behavior or attitude for the intended use of impact. The study expects to continue through the amended IT organization structure of the theory to explain and predict the behavior of the acceptance and continued use of information systems, and to explore the psychological physician awareness through the added risk and trust, in order to achieve the correct assessment of the impact of key factors.
In this study, a questionnaire distributed to hospitals way of collected 179 valid questionnaires and statistical software smartPLS to verify the assumption that the explanatory power of the relationship between each variable and the dependent variable between. The results show that perceived risk would negatively affect the physician's trust physicians, and through the trust directly or indirectly affect the continued use of the physician's intent.
