職場暴力之探討─以職業小客車駕駛為例

摘要

近年來，職場暴力逐漸受到重視，隨著服務業的發展，具備私人運輸工具與大眾運輸工具兩者特性的計程車確實使人們在生活上便利不少，計程車駕駛員必須直接與乘客應對及提供良好的載乘服務，依每位顧客需求在最有經濟效力的時間內抵達目的地，在與顧客互動的過程中，不免於遭受顧客的口頭侮辱、嘲諷、霸凌或性騷擾，甚至於更嚴重的肢體衝突，危害個人生命安全，最後造成駕駛過度的壓力或離開此行業。因此，本研究之目的為調查計程車駕駛員承受來自顧客的職場暴力程度、發生頻率及造成駕駛員負面情緒的影響因素等，以協助計程車駕駛員能妥善因應職場暴力。

本研究根據文獻探討並參考相關研究工具，依據研究目的編製肢體暴力及心理暴力卷。本研究對象以北部地區之計程車駕駛員為主，進行滾雪球式問卷發放；問卷共回收454份問卷，有效問卷為249份，本研究結果顯示如下：

1. 在計程車業的職場暴力中，遭受心理暴力問題之計程車駕駛員的狀況頻繁。
2. 個人屬性部份分為肢體暴力及心理暴力，在心理暴力部份中存在顯著差異之個人屬性較多。
3. 遭受心理暴力之計程車駕駛員僅對情緒耗竭存在顯著正向影響。
4. 計程車駕駛員之肢體暴力知覺及心理暴力知覺均對外在滿意度存在顯著負向影響。
5. 遭受肢體暴力知覺及心理暴力知覺之駕駛員之社會支持僅對工作滿意有顯著正向影響。

In recent years, the issues of workplace violence have been gradually emphasized. Taxi is popular and convenient to the public but the drivers are facing verbal insults, mocking, bullying, sexual harassment, and physical assaults from passengers every day. Passengers’ violent behaviors create great pressures to taxi drivers’ safety and job satisfaction. Therefore, the purposes of this research are to investigate the types, levels and impacts of workplace violence that taxi drivers have experienced.

Based on the literature reviews, the author used a questionnaire to collect data of taxi drivers’ experiences of workplace violence. The taxi drivers in north of Taiwan are used as the main research objects. There were 249 questionnaires received with the return rare of 54.85.

Major findings of the research include:
1. Taxi drivers who have encountered psychological violence more than physical violence.
2. The taxi drivers who have encountered psychological violence also show higher level of emotional exhaustion than other drivers.
3. Taxi drivers’ perception of physical and psychological violence showed negative influences to drivers’ extrinsic job satisfaction.
4. Taxi drivers’ perception of physical and psychological violence showed positive influences to drivers’ social support and job satisfaction.
