本研究期望透過工作價值觀對職涯自我管理之影響研究世代與性別雙因素之差異。本研究以參加勞動部產業人才投資方案提升勞工自主學習計畫學員為對象,進行問卷資料收集與統計分析,有效樣本共計386位。研究工具包括:個人背景資料、工作價值觀量表與職涯自我管理量表。 研究結果發現,不同世代在不同的工作價值觀對職涯自我管理的影響有顯著的差異、男女性別之不同的工作價值觀對職涯自我管理的影響也有顯著的差異,研究發現不管是男性或女性會為了提倡自己的生活品質與水準,進行規劃個人職涯管理,表示其實學員願意花時間來進行進修,為了就是要讓自己的工作表現能夠升遷或是有更好的發展機會進而願意花時間來學習。
The purpose of this study is discovering the effects of work values on career self-management based on the difference of generations and gender. Research targets were the learners who took courses of industrial investment programs granted by Workforce Development Agency of Ministry of Labor. 386 valid questionnaires were collected. Demography, instruments including work values and career self-management were deployed in the study. Research results showed that the different significant effects exit in the relationship between work values and career self-management when gender is concerned as well as generations. Regardless male or women tend to manage there career by participating in vocational training courses due to various personal work values. In other words, the reason of people are willing to spent time to take courses during off time is to increase job performance and the chance of promotion and career development.
