為探討高齡者參與旅遊學習的現況、高齡者參與從旅遊學習中幸福感提昇的情形以及提供研究結果以供相關單位安排旅遊學習方案規劃,本研究透過半結構式訪談進行資料收集。 本研究結果發現,高齡者參與旅遊學習提昇幸福感的四個面向為:在個人需求滿足方面,靈性教育最能達到的便是自我實現更能提高幸福感的層面、人格特質獲正向發展、正負向生活事件影響小及參與旅遊學習是理想與現實符合。 研究建議分兩點建議,一為旅遊學習活動規劃方面可先讓高齡者充分了解活動流程及學習活動方式、可增加自主性的認知學習及分享、學習活動領導人再專業化;二則為對於未來研究之建議增加研究對象之多樣性與異質性、增加國內外旅遊學習的差異性比較與探討及建議採質量並重的研究方法作全面性的研究與討論,以增加深度與廣度,透過質與量的資料分析之下,獲取更客觀的結果及解釋。
To investigate elderly adults participate traveling learning the status of senior citizens who participate in the traveling learning study well-being of study lifting situations and to provide results for the relevant units arrange traveling learning program planning, this study was conducted to collect data through semi-structured interviews. The results of the study found that elderly adults involved in traveling learning promotion to four-oriented learning well-being is: meeting the needs of the individual, spiritual education is the best that can be achieved self-realization can increase the level of well-being, the positive development of personality traits is eligible, positive and negative life events affect the participation of small and learning is the ideal and the reality of traveling learning in line. Research suggests points two proposals: the first, traveling learning planning learning activities can let elderly adults fully understand the flow of activities and learning activities, and increase the autonomy of cognitive learning and sharing, learning activities leading man again specialization; the second, for suggestions for future research is to increase the diversity and heterogeneity of the study, the increase in the difference compared with the study and the proposed mining methods to explore both domestic and international tourism quality of learning for the comprehensive study and discussion, in order to increase the depth and breadth through under the quality and quantity of data analysis to obtain a more objective results and interpretation.
