摘要
本研究是以在嘉義監獄中因犯下殺害直系血尊親屬罪案件入監執行者為研究訪談對象，共五位。從林清岳殺害雙親事件到目前為止我們可以見到似乎這類受刑人有增多現象，並且隨著家庭暴力防治法之立法似乎並沒有減少家庭成員受暴的情形，是類受刑人之特質，多數為屬於社會階層中社經地位較為弱勢的族群。 本研究採取半結構式的深度訪談，希望透過受訪者的陳述事件發生的情形，並在五位受訪者各個不同的生活環境下，從中瞭解殺害直系雙親之受刑人與家庭的依附關係、個人的生活背景、事發後對於個人、家庭的衝擊以及對入監執行的看法與嚇阻作用、自我身心理的改變等等。希望藉由研究中的結果對於此類犯罪人在進入矯正機關執行後的行為改變上，可作為執行政策根據研究結果，提出具體建議。另外對於接受矯正處遇的強制性措施，必須仍仰賴其他條件的配合，並強化犯罪人本身改變意願，始能做到有效的矯正不良行為，並提供建議，作為矯治弒親受刑人處遇的參考。

This study involves the use of semi-structured in-depth interview method, through which the respondents from different social environments gave detailed accounts of the incidents, allowing for a deeper insight into the prisoners’ attachment to their families, personal backgrounds, the impact of the incidents on the prisoners personally as well as on their family members, the deterrence effect of imprisonment, the prisoners’ attitude toward serving time in jail, and the change in their physical and mental condition while in prison. It is expected that the results of the interviewees’ change in their behavior after entering the correctional facility will serve as a foundation for relevant policy implementation in the future, and the study also provides specific suggestions. The study further proposes that, in order to effectively changing a criminal’s behavior for the better, the coercive measures adopted in correctional treatment should be supplemented by the presence of other conditions, and the criminal’s willingness to reform should also be reinforced. More suggestions are provided in the study to serve as a reference for the planning of treatment programs for people convicted of murdering lineal ascendants.
