企業為了增進各部門間的資訊及資源得以快速傳遞與分享,藉由導入企業資源規劃系統,來串聯各部門間的資訊整合工作,但是企業資源規劃系統無法百分之百涵蓋企業所有作業系統,因此會搭配電子表單流程系統進行整合銜接,彼此相輔相成,發揮大幅強化對方之效用。 本研究採取個案研究方法,以台灣某大型面板專業製造廠商於合併後,整合異質企業資源規劃系統(Oracle和SAP)與銷貨折讓/退回電子表單流程系統為例,探討系統整合貢獻及效益,對企業作業效率有直接且重要的影響,可提供其他企業在進行異質企業資源規劃系統(ERP)整合電子表單流程系統之應用參考,以縮短企業系統整合時程並獲取最大效益。
The firms have implemented Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for connection internal departments information and resources to share and deliver them each other rapidly. Because ERP do not contain all systems firm need, the collocation and integration of ERP and Workflow Management System (WFMS) are complementary and effective. The study adopted a case study method to investigates a case company, Taiwan professional display manufacturer, integrate heterogeneous ERP (Oracle and SAP) and sales return & allowance WFMS after the merger. The study also investigates the benefit and contribution of the integration; it has a direct and important impact on firm efficiency. Finally, some suggestions and references for application of the integration of heterogeneous ERP and WFMS are helpful company performance.
