台灣的汽車市場規模受限,許多汽車零配件業者為了擴展銷售市場與配合車廠的供應鏈體系面對當前全球競爭與有限的台灣市場,直接供應整車製造廠的零組件製造商(OEM)和供應全球汽車維修售後服務零組件廠(AM)為了永續經營都會選擇成長策略(Growth)往國外設立分公司,並透過獨資或者併購的方式來達成其目標。 本研究以台南地區三家汽車零配件公司做為個案訪談的對象,來探討影響企業選擇成長策略(Growth)的原因、台灣的零組件廠商該選擇何種國際策略來因應以及在國際化的過程中組織變革對組織認同的影響。研究結果發現:(1) 汽車零配件業為了企業永續發展,公司總體層級策略會選擇海外成長策略。(2) 汽車零配件業的國際策略選擇是在地化策略。主要原因為要因應當地車廠的需求。(3) 汽車零配件業為了有效率回應國際市場,海外成長策略會影響組織結構變革。(4) 汽車零配件業選擇成長策略有助於提升組織的認同感。主要原因為公司的營運是正向發展。 研究結果在實務管理的貢獻在於:(1)汽車零配件業選擇成長策略往國外設廠的同時應把未來市場規模納入設廠的評估項目之一,避免只為單一車廠去設廠。(2)在初期建廠評估時應把該地區的供應鏈一併納入評估項目內,避免在開始量產後後勤供應體系還無法步上軌道。(3) 應強化當地工程人員的技術能力,以減少公司在國際化的策略下技術能力對應的不足。
Being limited by automobiles market of Taiwan, many automobiles components manufactures expand the market scale and with supply chain system due to they face the current global competition and limited Taiwan market.Directing supply vehicle components manufacturer (OEM) and supply global automotive repair service components (AM) will choose for sustainable growth strategy (Growth) to set up branches abroad, and to achieve its goals through wholly-owned or merger . Researchers thorough individual interview of three automobiles companies of Tainan, to found the reason of companies chosen growth strategy (Growth). Taiwan component makers select international strategy and organizational change to cope with the impact of organizational commitment during internationalization. The results showed that: (1) Automobile components industry will sustainable development of enterprises.The company will choose the strategy which overseas growth strategy (Growth). (2) International Strategy for automotive parts industry is localization . The main reason due to satisfy customer's needs. (3) Automobile components industry in order to response efficiently from the international market and overseas growth strategy will affect the organizational structure change.(4) Automobile components industry organization growth strategy which help increase employee commitment. The main reason for the company's operations is positive development. The result is that the contribution of practice management: (1) The auto parts industry for growth strategy to set up factories abroad that should also consider the future market scales not for only one single client. (2)Should be evaluated in the early construction of the supply chain in the region that be included in the assessment the project,to avoid the logistics supply system could not on the track after the mass production (3) Should be strengthen the local engineers technical ability of company in the international policy.
