臺中市立完全中學教師專業學習社群互動與教學效能關係之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺中市立完全中學教師專業學習社群互動與教學效能關係之現況、並了解不同背景的完全中學教師之差異情形,以及探討兩者之相關性。 本研究以臺中市立完全中學教師為研究對象,以問卷調查為研究方法,正式問卷以分層立意抽樣方式發放,共計發出668份問卷,回收的有效問卷為531份,將蒐集調查問卷的資料加以統計分析後,本研究所得結論如下: 一、臺中市立完全中學教師在教師專業學習社群互動表現屬中上程度,以「專業對話」表現最佳,在「觀摩學習」與「專業資源分享」層面的表現較弱。 二、臺中市立完全中學教師在教學效能表現屬中上程度,以「教學氣氛」表現最佳,在「多元教學策略」層面的表現較弱。 三、「任教國中部」、「服務學校位於原臺中市」、「兼任行政職務」或「參與專業發展主題類型社群」的臺中市立完全中學教師在教師專業學習社群互動的表現較佳。 四、「任教高中部」或「服務學校位於原臺中市」的臺中市立完全中學教師在教學效能的表現較佳。 五、臺中市立完全中學教師專業學習社群互動與教學效能呈現正相關,即教師專業學習社群互動表現愈好的臺中市立完全中學教師,其教學效能愈高。 最後根據以上結論提出具體建議,以作為教育行政機關、學校行政單位、完全中學教師與未來研究者參考。

This study aimed at discussing the current condition of the relationship between interaction of teachers’ professional learning communities and teaching effectiveness in complete high schools in Taichung City, the situation of the difference between the teachers’ backgrounds, and the relationship between interaction of them. This research adopts the questionnaire method, and the participants of the questionnaire survey are the teachers in complete high schools in Taichung City. The formal questionnaire use stratified purposeful sampling,the total number of questionnaires which were distributed is 668, and 531 of which are effective. After analyzing the collected data by statistical techniques, the major findings of this paper are as follows: 1.The teachers in complete high schools in Taichung City have medium-high performances in interaction of teachers’ professional learning communities. The performance of “professional conversation” is the best. However, the performances of “observation learning“ and “sharing of professional resources“ are weaker. 2.The teachers in complete high schools in Taichung City have medium-high performances in teaching effectiveness. The performance of “teaching atmosphere” is the best. The performance of “multiple teaching strategies“ is weaker. 3.The teachers in complete high schools in Taichung City who are “teaching in junior high schools”, “teaching in schools located in original Taichung City”, “teaching with concurrent administrative work,” or “participating in the professional development themes communities” have better performances in interaction of teachers’ professional learning communities. 4.The teachers of complete high schools in Taichung City who are “teaching in senior high schools” or “teaching in schools located in original Taichung City” have better performances in teaching effectiveness. 5.The relationship between interaction of teachers’ professional learning communities and teaching effectiveness of complete high schools in Taichung City is positive. In other words, the teaching effectiveness in the teachers of complete high schools in Taichung City who have better performances in interaction of teachers’ professional learning communities is higher. Finally, based on the findings and the conclusions, further suggestions for educational administrations, school administration, teachers in complete high schools, and future researchers are proposed.
